Emcon Services are a multi industry machinery moving company based in the Midlands (UK) and have been trading since 2001. We operate nationally as well as internationally and can provide a complete service if necessary, from de-commissioning to re commissioning or simply provide the personnel and equipment to assist your engineers move any type of machine anywhere in the world.
We have over 50 years combined experience in the machinery moving business and have the latest and most versatile lifting and transporting equipment available including crane Lorries, step frame low loaders, fork lift trucks, versa lifts and have modern equipment vehicles. Emcon are capable of handling machinery of any weight or size from a small vending machine to a complete factory or production line, no job is considered too small or too big.
We treat all machinery like it's our own and in most cases machines are presented in a better condition after reinstallation. We also install machines from new for many manufacturers where by the strict manufacturers tolerances must be adhered too, as well as loading/unloading containers. We appreciate that due to the nature of the task that there are health and safety risks both to your employees as well as our own this is why we carry out extensive risk assessments and method statements prior to work commencing to keep risks to people, equipment and buildings to an absolute minimum. Our insurance policy has been tailored to the nature of the business and all machine moves are covered with the usual employers and public liability as well as damage to machinery and goods in transit insurance is standard.
