Machinery Refurbishment

Emcon Services offers machinery refurbishment for any industrial appliance. Your machines can be removed from your site or left in situ and overhauled to a predetermined level. Whether you’re looking to sell, or simply improve productivity and reliability, we can ensure your units are in the best shape possible.

Machine Refurbishment

For most businesses, cost-efficiency is crucial. With the ongoing costs of running a business, it isn’t always possible to invest in the latest machinery to replace tired or old devices. However, that doesn’t mean that you can’t upgrade or refurbish your machinery. At Emcon, we can overhaul machinery at fraction of the cost of brand new equipment.

Emcon take everything from desired condition and budget into consideration, providing a clear end goal for each project. Machinery refurbishment and overhaul offer a wide range of benefits, and can be tailored to fit your requirements. We know which machinery parts get the most wear and can offer help and advice when it comes to avoiding machinery breakdown, too.

Why Refurb Your Machinery?

It may be that you’ve got some machinery that functions adequately but is beginning to look a bit tired. In such a case, Emcon can help by improving the overall presentation of the machine, making it more attractive to you or a prospective buyer.

More commonly, our machine overhaul service is perfect for breathing new life into your equipment. Our expert engineers can assess any damage and come up with the right solution for each individual machine. Using our extensive know-how, we’ll help you achieve greater reliability, ensuring your apparatus can be used long into the future, saving you money in the long-term.

However, machine overhaul can also be used to improve a piece of equipment energy consumption. After a unit has been refurbished it will perform more efficiently, requiring less power, saving you money whilst helping to protect the planet.

Emcon can also remove large, damaged components that need repairing or replacing from your machinery. We’ll manufacture new mounting structures as required, effectively modernising old equipment whilst it is out of order.

We also offer machinery maintenance services which can help you get the most out of your equipment over time.

Onsite and Offsite Options

Depending on your business’ needs, Emcon can carry out the refurbishment either onsite or offsite, at our workshop facility. Completing the process at your premises means that on completion you can begin to use the machinery, however we understand that it may not always be feasible to do this. If conducting the work onsite could result in hazards or inconvenience for you and you company, then we can easily collect the machinery and complete its refurbishment offsite.

We both collect and return your apparatus to make the process as seamless as possible. Whilst the equipment is under refurbishment we will maintain constant contact with you to keep you updated with all progress.

“We have found their work to be professional and conscientious. They often have to work under difficult conditions and always adhere to strict safety guidelines.”
