HiAb & Crane Lorry Hire

Emcon Services can offer a full lift and shift service thanks to our powerful HIAB vehicle – a lorry with an industrial crane attached on the back. Wherever you are, we can come to you with the perfect equipment for lifting heavy loads, all worked by a qualified and experienced operator who will make sure everything goes smoothly.

HiAB hire is ideal for:

High Performance HiAb

“HIAB” is a general term to refer to a lorry mounted crane. HIABs are incredibly useful pieces of equipment and are able to lift and transport large and heavy loads in a variety of different settings.

Here at Emcon Services, we are very proud of our HIAB crane lorry. Fitted with a 68 ton per metre, 2012 remote control crane, it’s capable of lifting 15 tons – and over 3 tons at 16 metres. That’s a whole lot of loading power.

The payload is an impressive 9 tons and offers a 7.5 metres by 2.5 metres heavy duty floor, complete with lashing rings for increased load security. This means you can rest assured that your cargo will be handled safely.

Lifting slings, chains and sheets are permanently attached to complement maximum cargo weight, while other lifting equipment such as beams and eyebolts are available upon request when hiring the HIAB crane lorry.
